BL&T No. 192: Revisiting Focus & Priorities: Consolidating Newsletters

Updates

This post originally appeared in my newsletter, Borrowed, Learned, & Thought. BL&T is sent weekly on Mondays. In every edition, I share lessons learned in agency leadership, life, and e-commerce. This post does not include all the details shared in the newsletter sent via email. Subscribe here.

Borrowed

"You should be far more concerned with your current trajectory than with your current results."

From "Atomic Habits" by James Clear [Book]

Learned

You may have noticed I didn't send out my E-Commerce Corner newsletter last Friday—this was intentional. Experience has taught me the value of periodically stepping back to reassess whether I'm spending time in the right areas and if those investments align with my goals—as a husband, dad, leader, and so on.

After some reflection, I've decided that writing an additional Friday newsletter is not the most effective use of my time compared to my other projects and responsibilities. Moving forward, I will continue delivering this newsletter on Mondays and alternate focus between reflections on life, leadership, and e-commerce. I'll also continue sharing e-commerce insights on my website and LinkedIn.

As always, thank you for your continued readership and engagement. If you have thoughts or feedback, I welcome your reply to this message. Hearing from you is always a pleasure.
